Vista Home Premium Media Center Problems

Hi All, Could use some guidance.....I was having a problem with Media Center
between my Vista Home Premium & my 360 Elite....Duplicate listings of all my
music..

I decided to remove my media extender on the 360 and create a new one.......

However, I cannot seem to find Media Center on my PC anywhere now....Its not
listed in my Program Files....

Can anyone give me any pointers in finding it & re-activating it....
