why do we get with ultimate stuff we never use
like dreamscene and those silly games

what about bluray support in mediacenter (MC)
we can play video and dvd but not the newest technology; bluray

this would be an extra to make ultimate worth buying for
now i have to use MC for everything, exept for bluray, therefor i have to
start Powerdvd on my HTPC

isnt it possible to view my blurays in MC even if I have installed Powerdvd ?
can MC make use of the keys or files from powerdvd to play bluray movies in
MC ?

That's why it's called ultimate, if you didn't want all the silly stuff why
did you buy it?
Just cause you don't use certain features doesn't mean someone else doesn't
want them.

Any updates to this question? I have the same problem.

There is no native support for BluRay in Media Center. The software vendors
that provide BluRay playback software can hook into MCE, so their
application is launched to play a BluRay disc, but it will be played back
outside the MCE interface.

I have a Sony VAIO VGN AW125/JH that came with BluRay support via
WinDVD. It hooked into Media Center, so when I am in the Media
Center GUI, there IS support there.
