TV Center Pack needs H.264?

WRCDT2 (NBC Weather)-Supported
WRCDT3 (NBC Sports)-Supported
WJLA (ABC oldies)
WJLA-2(ABC Weather)
WTTGDT(Fox Digital)
WDCWDT(The CW)
7 foreign channels left out of the list as not part of the question.

How do I add NBC Digital? I'm only able to get that on Beyond TV with H.264
support but not Microsoft WMC.

[Curious]

Vista MC with TV Pack does not support H.264. It was part of the now
expired Beta but dropped from the final release due to unresolved problems
with it at the time.
Windows 7 MC does support H.264.
